I had a wonderful experience with Astro Auto glass. Margarita the office manager was very kind and friendly. It only took 45 minutes to complete the installation of my windshield on my Chevy Malibu. They did a great job at a great price and I would highly recommend them.
My car got broken into over night and these guys took me in right away and were cheaper than anywhere else i called. They also tinted my window back to where it was and it took maybe an hour. Excellent, fast service. Would come back again (but hopefully never have to!).
I called Astro after calling a national brand mobile glass repair place that told me they couldn’t schedule me for 4 days. Astro scheduled me that day and were great! They had the window, they came to me, the person told me would take 30 to 40 minutes, I went got some lunch and came back and he was done. It was cheaper than the other national brand, he cleaned up all the broken all the broken glass and was a pleasure to work with. Given all the things that weren’t working great for me this week, this is one thing that went really well!
On 11/25/2014 i walked in with no appointment and they where back to back with cars for tint. How ever they managed to squeeze me in with no appointment even though i suggested i could come back. So i just wanted to say i appreciate the care,quality, friendly staff you have at your shop. Because i dont just go to anyone. I came because i heard good things about your work from several other friends. So you are worth me writing a review. Thanks ASTRO !
Drove up to get a quote for a small crack and they fixed it on the spot. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Every employee I encountered was friendly and their prices are reasonable. I will return if I ever need auto glass service again!
We were visiting the area and had a back vent window get broken by a rock. We called the dealer, but it would take 7-10 days to get the piece of glass. We call Astro because of their high YELP ratings. They were so professional, understood the problem immediately and offered to order the glass for us. It took 2 days, we came in the morning they told us to, we were taken in and they started work right away. They worked very carefully ensuring the fit was correct. They were very nice, very professional. The job took the time they estimated it would and the bill was exactly what they said it would be in the beginning. If in the ALB area again and needing any type of glass work, ASTRO is where I’m going!! They understand customer service and work hard to earn your business and trust.
I called Astro Auto Glass for a quote on my car windshield replacement.
The lady asked how I had heard about them, when I mentioned that I had a “Amazon Coupon” she stated in a rather hostile tone that “that’s geared for insurance deductibles” even though I mentioned that it clearly stated “$100 to spend on windshield replacement or insurance deductible” she then quoted me a price that was much more expensive than everybody else in town, even safe-lite!
I believe that the cost was “adjusted” to compensate for the coupon.
If this is the way this they choose to do business, I will not be using this company!
Took my daughters car here professional reasonable and very skilled wouldn’t go anywhere else come here for all your class needs, commercial and residential.

Clean friendly place fast was done with a tint job in less the 2hr I recommend this company have done a lot tint on cars and with these guys never had to ever take it back for any ” redoes” !!!!
